Career Launch provides Forest Lake Area High School students

with career exposure and experience opportunities. Through the wide variety of classes offered at Forest Lake, students are able to learn about career fields and actually develop skills for those careers.

Career Launch provides Forest Lake Area High School students career exposure and experience opportunities. Through the wide variety of classes offered at Forest Lake, students are able to learn about career fields and actually develop skills for those careers.

One example is our education course called Psychology of Childhood. Students not only learn about psychology theories, they apply those theories in an early childhood learning environment called Play School. Area preschoolers are able to attend Play School, which is taught and facilitated by high school students who are taking Psychology of Childhood.
